FreAsh Architecture is a principal-led practice providing architectural services for custom homes, coastal residences, major renovations, site feasibility studies, and select commercial projects throughout Puerto Rico. Led by Puerto Rican architect Jefrall Betancourt, licensed in Florida, and Colorado, the practice combines a personal understanding of the Island with extensive experience in high-end residential design. Each project responds thoughtfully to tropical climate, coastal conditions, natural light, indoor-outdoor living, material durability, and the character of its location.
