Jefrall Betancourt
Founder & Principal Architect
Jefrall Betancourt is a Florida-licensed architect leading FreAsh Architecture with a hands-on, collaborative approach. He practices independently while working closely with a trusted network of engineers and consultants, allowing for direct involvement in every project.
His work focuses on bespoke residential architecture and select commercial projects, often involving custom homes of significant scale and complexity. Jefrall began his architectural education in 2007 and has been in professional practice since 2015, with experience across multiple regions and project types.
Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and based in Florida since 1999, Jefrall is fluent in English and Spanish, enabling seamless collaboration with diverse clients and teams. He is currently licensed in Florida and pursuing licensure in Colorado, Puerto Rico, and Illinois. His practice is shaped by climate, context, and a thoughtful, client-centered design process.
