The design scope included a new 18,000 SF 2-story ground up commercial office building, executive department wing, conference rooms, break room, open office areas, systems furniture design & break out rooms.

GTE: This project involved the development of a new banking center for GTE Financial. The facility was designed and coordinated while maintaining the existing building on site during construction. The original bank remained fully operational throughout the project to continue serving customers’ banking needs while design and construction progressed on the new facility. The project was successfully completed through both the design and construction phases without any incidents, ensuring continuous service for customers and a smooth transition to the new banking center.
