For this project, the client wanted a kitchen that functioned better for the way he and his family use the space during everyday activities and family gatherings. The layout was thoughtfully redesigned to improve flow, convenience, and overall functionality.

The refrigerator was relocated closer to the new pantry area to enhance storage efficiency and simplify the organization and distribution of groceries. Additionally, a stackable oven was positioned nearer to the family dining room, allowing for easier transfer of dishes from the oven to the table—especially during holidays and special occasions.

As a result, the kitchen now operates more harmoniously, supporting both festive holiday events and the day-to-day routines of the family.

This bathroom renovation emerged from a collaborative process that translated the client’s desire for a Colorado-inspired hospitality retreat into a space that feels intentional, personal, and enduring. Light—both natural and artificial—shapes the experience, paired with a restrained palette of stone and wood textures selected for warmth, continuity, and longevity. Luxury wood-look flooring was specified for performance without compromise, while integrated waterproofing and underlayments ensure long-term durability. The result is a refined, immersive bathroom designed for daily enjoyment and lasting performance.

I am a professional specializing in bathroom and kitchen renovations, with 20 years of experience in the industry.

My professional career began in Orlando, Florida, where I developed a strong work ethic focused on quality, organization, and attention to detail.

Currently, I lead 3007 Renovations and Repairs, a company dedicated to complete renovations, meticulously managing every stage of the process with order and precision, from space preparation to final delivery.

Our focus is on clean, well-executed work that aligns with the agreed-upon design, always striving for functional, durable, and aesthetically pleasing results.

Our collaboration with interior designers, decorators, general contractors, architects, and those who simply wish to closely oversee the construction process of their projects has instilled in us a single guiding principle: quality and guaranteed satisfaction.

The fact that we are the instrument for bringing their vision to life commits us to doing our best and leaving them with a sense of fulfillment, because aesthetics should be directly related to the functionality of the designs.

Jefrall began his architectural journey in 2007, earning his Associate, Bachelor, and Master of Architecture degrees in Gainesville, Florida. He completed his Associate degree at Santa Fe College and both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at the University of Florida. His professional focus has been rooted in architectural drafting, detailing, and specifications—where precision, material understanding, and clarity of intent are essential.

Raised in Puerto Rico by entrepreneurial and hardworking parents, Jefrall developed an early appreciation for discipline, craftsmanship, and service. His academic and professional path allows him to guide projects through thoughtful design decisions, ensuring aesthetics, durability, and functionality are carefully considered from concept through execution.

Israel Betancourt

Israel began learning construction at a young age, following in his father’s footsteps on job sites throughout Puerto Rico & Florida. Naturally drawn to the hands-on craft of building, he developed a deep appreciation for the physical process of construction and the immediate transformation it brings.

With nearly three decades of experience, Israel specializes in demolition and renovations, with a primary focus on kitchens and bathrooms. His expertise lies in execution, sequencing, and on-site problem-solving—ensuring each project is built with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail.
